From initial enquiry to installation was little over a week. I  ordered a 9.5kwh GivEnergy Battery to add to my existing solar and battery set up.  The team at Titan Energy were very flexlible and the  quality of information  was really good. Dylan provided the overview of what would happen before handing over to Bethany. Had an overall solid experience with my solar install, they are not the cheapest and can be quite persistent during the initial sales conversation but otherwise, they were professional every step of the way, they listened to my concerns and queries, they installed everything professionally and cleanly, addressed my concerns along the way and promptly resolved snags. They are a smaller installer so sometimes getting a hold of them was tricky, this can be frustrating if there are issues, so a word of caution here.

The system installed is exactly what I was looking for, rather than others trying to sell me a system that differed from what I wanted and justifying it on a lower cost. Overall I am very happy with my experience, have already recommended this company to neighbours

I'd just like to mention josh who works for south wales electrical and solar for the outstanding job that was done fitting a new inverter for my solar panels. Turned up when he said and completed the work with no fuss or mess.

We recently had a solar system installed by Titan Energy and overall, we’re really pleased with the experience. The team was helpful and professional from the outset. Like with any big home project, there were a few minor niggles along the way—but to their credit, everything was resolved quickly and without fuss.

A special mention to Bethany and Dylan, who were both fantastic throughout. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us well-informed at every stage. It really makes a difference having people who genuinely care about getting things right.

What a great service this company gave us, a great explanation on a zoom call from Dylan all about everything solar made easy.
We had our panels and battery up and running less than a week after agreeing (sooner if we were available)
The team turned up one by one in an order that they were needed from around 8:30 in the morning.
The whole system, 16 panels and a battery were all operational by 3pm, the scaffold came down a few days later.
The electrician explained the app that we use to control and monitor the system in easy steps and we were off and running.
The app is very addictive constantly looking at how much energy we are making and using.
The DNO took about 6-7 weeks to come back from national grid and now we’re waiting for Octopus to get us onto an export tariff which takes another 6-8 weeks.
A special mention for Bethany who was on hand all the way, she helped out with everything after the initial zoom meeting.
